Executive Timeshare Marketing Inc Arlene We lost the so called Marketing costs Tamarac , Florida
Last December, we were phoned by Arlene of Executive timeshare Marketing Inc. to list our timeshare with her for sale.
As with every other person trying the same scam, she was very high pressure and we did finally list.
In January or February of 09 we received a call from someone in the company saying they were continuing to work on our behalf.
In March I tried to contact Arlene and found they were no longer in business.
In July , we received a call in which we were told that that business had been legitimate and we would be receiving a cheque in 35-45 days for the marketing fees as their insurance company would be paying out the fee. The man , whose name I don't remember tried to win my confidence by telling me he was with the company that Wyndham would use should i be interested in selling in the future.
Of course, we never did receive the money but this was a further attempt by some branch of the defunct company to get more business from us.
Why can't these scam srtists be caught and punished?
I guess in return you might ask why we were so stupid as to fall for this scam. As always, they are so sincere and so high pressure.
