 Exede/WildBlue promises blazing speeds; nothing could be farther from the truth. At any time when people actually use the internet (when they get home from school, on the weekends, etc.) the service is shockingly slow. Also, when I contacted customer service (a great misnomer) they keep "testing your location and all is well, it must be inside your house/business, even if your IT folks say otherwise.

The "service" is really slow and unrelaible. Don't waste your time, money, or energy.
