Complaint Review: Exel Concrete

'Exel' is the actual spelling of this supposed construction company. They installed epoxy decoratice concrete to my front porch and steps. I was given a 'five year' warranty. That contract was dated 9-17-2011. I paid $1500. Well, it is starting to disintegrate, so I called: the responder sounded like a homeowner, and he said this was not the phone number for Exel. I went on the internet, and lo and behold, 'Rip Off Report' shows up, with a complaint written in 2013, so I see they were still doing their dirty deeds at lease as recently as 2 years ago. They actually do not have an address, but on the Google map, it shows the company may be in the vicintiy of the Cook County Jail at 26th and California in Chicago! What a fitting area for them to 'work' in, that way they won't have too far to travel if they are ever found and prosecuted!
