I met with Ron Vail in my home,   He conviced me to pay him 3700 to take my wyndham property but could not do the bluegreen.   Upon getting my card statement.  I named a different company and that copmany sent up red flags.  I contacted them and told them to refund my card and all would be good.  They called a number of times over the next few days.  Stated that for $1000 more they could do my bluegree.  They overnighted my package and they wanted $4700 more.  After many conversations, BBB complaint, they had an attorney send me a letter and took a stance of sue us.   Well my som is going to.  Avoid this company, Ron Vail, and cosolodated resorts.

This complaint was originally filed with the BBB of Central Florida (Case #90116553) on September 18, 2013.  To give further history of this complaint, please note the following details:

1.  On August 7, 2013, Mrs. Wayne met with our representative in her home, at which time she agreed to contract with Exit Pros for the facilitation of the transfer of her Wyndham timeshare located at The Fountains in Branson, MO for the sum of $3,850.00;

2.  On August 8, 2013, Mrs. Wayne was contacted by Exit Pros to welcome her to our program and to explain that Consolidated Resort Services was the company used to process credit card transactions.  Furthermore, it was explained that CRS would show up on her credit card statement as the billing company for her contract.  At this time, Mrs. Wayne expressed NO concern over this fact;

3.  On September 5, 2013 (approximately 3 1/5 weeks since the expiration of her 3-day rescission), Mrs. Wayne demanded a refund.  Our representative advised her that Exit Pros would be happy to halt the transfer of her timeshare, but there would be no refund forthcoming under the terms of the contract;

4.  On September 6, 2013, Mrs. Wayne again contacted Exit Pros and indicated she was interested in transferring an additional property, said property being a Bluegreen timeshare.  At that time, Mrs. Wayne was advised that if she wanted to add the Bluegreen property to her contract, it would cost an additional $4,850.00.  Mrs. Wayne declined that addition and never executed any subsequent contract with Exit Pros for a second property;

5.  Exit Pros has attempted to contact Mrs. Wayne numerous times to no avail and, finally, on September 18, 2013, Mrs. Wayne did answer the telephone and indicated that she had no wish to discuss Exit Pros;

6.  There was no further contact with Mrs. Wayne until her attempt to obtain a refund from Visa and the filing of her complaint with the BBB.  Exit Pros disputed, and won, the refund issued to Mrs. Wayne by Visa;

7.  Exit Pros' attorney sent a letter to the BBB of Central Florida on October 22, 2013 advising the following:  "There is nothing in the consumer complaint to show breach of contract just as there is nothing constituting fraud given that no injury has been suffered.  While Exit Pros takes Ms. Wayne's complaint seriously and finds it unfortunate that she is unhappy, having an uneasy feeling about a non-party does not give one the right to unilaterally rescind a valid contract.  Our firm stands behind Exit Pros and stands ready to defend any lawsuit filed by Ms. Wayne."; and finally,

8.  On Monday, April 21, 2013, Mrs. Wayne was sent a letter by Universal Resort Transfers indicating that, due to her negligence in executing/returning paperwork necessary to facilitate her transfer, that they have closed their file on this matter.

If Mrs. Wayne has any further actions to address, may we suggest that she go through our attorney instead of filing baseless, nonsensical complaints on your website.  Otherwise, Mrs. Wayne may be looking at a lawsuit of her own, filed against her for slander and defamation.
