Exmovere is a SCAM do not invest in their lies.  This company needs to be held accountable for their unethical tactics.  There is not integrity in the key players actions especially David B. and Amir Pakpour of Ailment Wellness.

It seems that Exmovere has a reputation for hitting on women for investments.  I understand Crow worked for David B.  Now I hear Amir Pakpour is working for David B. doing much of the same thing.  The company is obviosly a fraud and there is no real intent to produce a product and get it to market.  It seems that David B. is enjoying the fruits of the investors he is defrauding and living a rather lavish lifestyle on the companies dime.  As an investor that was scammed by Amir Pakpour I demand to know where the product you promised is?

I understand you travel around the world on the investors dime but still not exmobaby to show for it.  Ten years you have been at this???  You are a fraud and I would advise against anyone investing in this company.  Especially if you are a woman over 40 it seems that David B. encourages his employees to hit on vulnerable women in order to get money to invest in his company.  I am submitting this report today in order to expose the fraud that continues on with Exmovere.

Amir Pakpour of the Ailment Wellness center works closely with David B. in scamming women who come into his clinic seeking treatment in order to get them to invest into David's company.  Like Crow, Pakpour focuses on a specific age and vulnerability of women in order to scam them for money.  Be aware of Ailment Wellness and Exmovere scams and stay very far away from them.  Ladies don't trust Amir Pakpour his intentions are not legitimate.  He is after your money and he will use a thousand lies including the words I love you in order to scam money from you.  David B. has coached Amir Pakpour his assistant in this practice.  Stay away from this scam if you are reading this there is a reason.  Stay away from this scam.

He was threatening litigation.  Thank you for the 800 number.  I hope Exmovere closes its doors crowns should slip from the heads that are unworthy.  But I hope he is held accountable and forced to do jail time for taking these single mother's life's savings.  I am surprised his wife would live large with him knowing they were taking the money of a single mother.  Clearly David and Nadia, have no children and they lack understanding in how devastating this type of thing is to the family.  They should be held accountable to those children and those funds.   I am going to check with the FBI and the open case.   Thank you again.

Was this update made under duress

#9Consumer Comment

Sun, October 28, 2012

From the sound of it, this glowing update appears to have been made under duress from the threat of defmation litigation.

I am sure that she was romanced into investing into worthless Exmovere stock as she originally reported just like thirteen other women were romanced by Cheyenne Crow out of nearly one million dollars of ther life savings.

Exmovere is closing its doors proving that it was probably a scam using the promise of products that never came to market to lure investors into making investments.

Beware and our heart goes out to this lady who appears to have been threatened and coerced into making this posting

Update to the Prior Report

#9Author of original report

Wed, October 17, 2012

David Bychkov of Exmovere and Amir S. Pakpour of Ailment Wellness do not scam or seduce women for money.  At the time I originally wrote this report there was a serious miscommunication and the prior reports with Mr. Crow had a greater influence on my opinion which was incorrect at the time then any real evidence presented at the time.  Due to a lack in communication with Amir and David and a serious misunderstanding in interpretting information the wrong information was communicated in the previous report.  It is tough to read negative reports and not believe there isnt some truth to it especially when you believe the same issue is happening to you.  At the end of the day I have come to realize that the information I was using to influence my decision to write the report was not accurate and this I learned after communicating top Amir S. Pakpour Ailment Wellness and David Bychkov of Exmovere.  I appreciate the fact that time was taken to straighten out the unfortunate misinformation fueled by previous reports on ripoff.  I appreciate Amir taking the time to explain and dispell the truth from a lie and to correct me on the interpretation of text messages between him and David at the time.  Exmovere is a great company on the cutting edge of innovative technology and about to take off in the products about to be delivered by the company.  David Bychkov is a brilliant innovator and entrepreneur who doesn't have time to get involved with such sordid details in that he has the companies interest at heart and moving the company forward with innovative products that will  help the lives of many people and works to achieve that success any ethical way he can.  Scamming women in their 40s really doesn't sound like something he would do he is too sophisticated for that and wouldn't waste his time on such nonsense.  In retrospect, the prior reports fed into fears that did not exist one disadvantage to this type of a website.  But is a value nonetheless.  Both Amir and David are brilliant and work hard and ethically to do the right thing for Exmovere and Ailment Wellness.

Litigation Threats

#9Author of original report

Amir Pakpour attempted to seduce me into investing more stock into Exmovere but what he didn't know is that I was aware of his conversation with David where Amir stated that he was going to get more money out of me to invest in Exmovere and David told him to tell me that I was intelligent and to tell me that he loved me.  Yes. I have proof of this conversation between David and Amir.  Unfortunately, demonstrating their scam.  It is disappointing to think that there are people in the world like David and Amir who would prey upon the vulnerability of others for money.  In fact it is unforgivable, and to think that they would want to use litigation as a weapon to inflict insult to more injury.  What they don't realize is that I am no victim as much as they would wish to victimize me even more.  I never gave Amir Pakpour one more penny from that day forward.  And he constantly attempted to weizel me out of more money, he wanted me to pay $700 Ruth's Chris bill that he charged up, he constantly asked me to give him $2000, or $1700 for a loan he made on behalf of David.  Amir constantly told my Mother to invest in Exmovere a company that was a high risk and not bringing in any revenue.  Like he was doing us any real favors.  No he was doing David favors.   I should have ended the relationship with Amir the first time he attempted to weizel money out of me so I take full responsibility for that but the fact that David and Amir were into it is unforgivable.  I am very much a fighter and wrong doing is wrong doing and I will gladly face the challenge of exposing them in order to save anyone else from going through the humiliation of realizing that you have been lied to and scammed.  It is an awful feeling when you finally wake up to the reality that you are being scammed the entire time you gave your heart and love to someone.  Most people are embarrassed to admit this type of thing.  However, I have learned my lesson, and I would gladly fight the good fight to stop people like this and hopefully live to see the demise of corrupt companies like Exmovere.  There is no honor among thieves.

Attempt to Resolve the Wrong

#9Author of original report

Thu, March 01, 2012

I attempted to work out a solution to the bad business between Amir Pakpour and David Bychkov and it appears they want to threaten me with litigation.  I shared my experience of what happened to me and they are threatening litigation.  Instead, of agreeing and bowing out nicely, I agreed to take a loss of the money I invested in order to end the relationship.  And even with that offer David had the audacity to threaten me for his bad business tactics.  I find it interesting that David would rather spend time in court fighting over the illegitimate ways of obtaining money from investors instead of getting their Exmovere "products" to market.  Furthermore, I am sure the money to pay the attorney is coming out of the shareholders money.  What a waste of money.  Most CEOs are focused on making money for their corporation.  It appears to me that this CEO is mainly concerned about solidifying funds for his living comforts in order to playcate his lifestyle instead producing revenue streams.  He should truly knowing his market and spend the time getting the "Products" to market.  Instead, he chooses to embroil himself in these sordid tactics.  Truly he is no leader and truly Exmovere is soon to follow the path of his other failed ventures.  As George Santayana once said "Those who do not learn from the past are doomed to repeat it."  David Bychkov seems to have a history of unethical business dealings and in my opinion lacks integrity and reason.  There is no accountability at Exmovere.  It is only a matter of time.  And as far as Amir Pakpour of Ailment Wellness is concerned preying on vulnerable patients is an unethical practice as well.  And using them to acquire money for Exmovere is even worse.  Since I was unable to break my shareholder ties with Bychkov and Exmovere even at taking a loss I promised David I would hold him accountable with my money based on the principle that he had acquired it unethically.  So what I want to know is why is Exmovere's stock being suspended on the Franfurt Stock exchange.  There is not information on the website at Exmovere and David Bychkov doesn't seem to think he needs to explain or be held accountable.  So see the attachment indicating the stock is suspended.  Does anyone know what is going on????

Taking Action

It is unfortunate no one is investigating this business.  It seems they have changed locations from Delaware, Utah now New York.  What is up with that?  There is something we can do.  We should get all the women who were scammed in this way and file a class action suit against Exmovere.
