The online weave/extensions/wig game is rough!  I was looking online for curly hair extentions which is a nightmare because there's millions of online vendors and it seems that only about 10% of them are legit.

I came across Exotic Extensions and I was happy because she had a Harlem address.  I live in Harlem and I was planning to go to Brittany's shop but, the address was fake, maybe I should've stopped there!  I didn't and now I'm paying the price.  I ordered CURLY hair from photos of hair that she sent me.  I choose a 3C patterned curl.  She sent me a 3B patterned curl.

Brittany did send me an email where she mentioned that she doesn't do refunds but, most hair vendors that I know online will not refund or exchange opened, washed, colored or cut hair. The hair is still in it's plastic clips, so what's the problem?

Also, Brittany sent me that email before she registered with Pay Pal so that I could make my purchase.  I thought she changed her polocy because PayPal was created to protect buyers and sellers online!

She's claiming the hair is a custom blend as if she can't sell it.  That would apply if the blend was in different layers, colored, pressed or anything else like that.  This is beautiful hair tOnline weave/extension&wigs is an uguly business!!!  Curly hair is is in extreme demand.  Raw, virgin, unprocessed, intact cuticles and so on and so on.

Brittany did send me an email that said there are no returns but, for one thing, in my experience that applies to hair that has been opened and handled.  Thngs like unclipping the hair. Washing it, coloring it, cutting it and so on.  Also, she sent hat is in tact, her online vendor game must be really weak if she can't sell this bundle!  I asked her for an exchange!  It's been over 2 months since we first spoke.  She hasn't had curly hair for that long?

So, Brittany is willing to loose a customer and hold on to $190 in an already overly saturated curly hair market.  Sad!
