Today, July 27, 2009, I went to my local FBI field office in Los Angeles and talked to Duty Agent Glenn Canino and he suggested I contact the Phoenix branch and complete the IC3 form. He informed me that by myself the FBI probably wouldn't be interested, but with all the victims and the amount of money stolen in total, the FBI might be able to help us out. To make a long story short, on December 24, 2008 I responded to an ad on Ebay Motors about a Lamborghini Replica for sale. After calling the seller, Richard F. Cosentino (aka Richard F. Sainz), my family and I drove from Los Angeles, California to Mesa, Arizona to see the car in person on January 19, 2009 and left a personal check for $1, 000.00 as a deposit. This transaction took place at Mr. Cosentino's home at 9752 E. Irwin Ave., Mesa, AZ 85209 where the car was located. I then flew to Phoenix on January 26, 2009 and Mr. Cosentino picked me up at Sky Harbor International Airport and then drove me to a Wells Fargo Bank where I gave him an additional $10, 000.00 Cash. On February 22, 2009 my wife and I drove to Mesa again per Mr. Cosentino's request to approve the car "ready for paint" and gave him the final payment of $10,300.00 Cash at 11:00 am, which Mr. Cosentino handed over to his wife, Stephanie, who was also present at this meeting located at his shop at 1734 E. Main St., Mesa, AZ 85203. I have a signed contract by Richard Cosentino stating PAID IN FULL $21,300.00 and a promise of completion in 2 weeks. Mr. Cosentino never completed the car and told us one excuse after the other. Then Mr. Cosentino stopped returning our calls.
On July 8 and 9, 2009 I drove to Mesa and was able to catch Mr. Cosentino at his home. He told my wife and I that we were trespassing and if we didn't leave he was going to call the police. We stayed in Mesa another evening and later on that day confronted Mr. Cosentino at his shop. I saw the car I purchased under a tarp because I recognized the rims on the vehicle, but he said it wasn't mine and forced me to leave with a shotgun located at his side and said that we were never going to get anything from him and there was nothing we could do about it. $21, 300.000 is not worth my life so we returned home to Los Angeles.
After speaking to an attorney, I realize I may never get any of my money back and certainly won't get a car from Mr. Cosentino, but I do not want this to happen to other hardworking, innocent people. Since then, I have seen my car for sale on Ebay, Craigslist, and KitCars.com I have also spoken to several other victims that have experienced the exact same thing I have. Some other victims include Jim Haszinger (taken for $37, 500.00) out of New Orleans and Doron Azoulay (taken for $33, 900.00) out of Maryland. There are even more victims, including a guy from Norway. John Schmutzer's contact number is 330-506-3202. His address is 54 Walnut St., Mt. Gilead, OH 43338. Basically, Richard Cosentino (AZ driver's license number A13632571, d.o.b. 10/30/1965) is selling the same vehicle over and over and over just like his custom made choppers at CMC Choppers. I believe this is not only internet fraud, but also wire fraud, interstate fraud, and I am sure he is not telling the IRS about his earnings. Mr. Cosentino claims to have a business license and dealer's license, but I have not been able to find these numbers and he would not supply me the information. Please help us before he strikes again.

Because Mr. Cosentino has been banned from ebay, now his partner John Schmutzer (ebay username Schmutzer45) is using his 100% feedback on ebay to lure more victims. Then he hands over the buyers to Richard Cosentino, who supposedly will build you a car or motorcycle, but THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER A PRODUCT. These two con artists then split the funds they receive from their victims. They convinced all of us to go around ebay so as to avoid the ebay fees in order to give us a better deal. Notice how they write "strongly recommend that you call". THIS IS A SCAM! Their "LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT" is not worth anything. Other victims include Jim Haszinger from New Orleans, (lost $37,500) and Doron Azoulay from Maryland (lost $33,900) & Judd Blount out of Los Angeles (lost $21,300) Dan from North Dakota lost ($23,000) There are even victims from out of the country, like Brge from Norway lost ($19,000) Richard Cosentino & John Schmutzer are ripping people off from all over the world!!! Mr. Schmutzer is also running ad's on KitCars.com, I won't even go into detail about his CMC Chopper scams and all the people that never got their motorcycles, we'll just stick to the lamborghini replicas. They are commiting internet fraud, wire fraud, interstate fraud and tax evasion as well. You may never see your money or car or motorcycle, (from CMC Choppers) but this is one way to get them behind bars and feel some kind of closure. Believe me, I know it hurts to be taken like a fool and end up with nothing to show for it. Strength grows in numbers. So lets stand together and ruin their SCAM. We need your Help PLEASE!. Even if you were lucky enough to actually get something for your money, you know what he builds is not worth crap and may kill you in the long run. It was on Sunday, February 22, 2009 at 11 am that I made my final payment of $10, 300 cash (total loss $21, 300 cash) to Richard Cosentino. Stephanie was present for this meeting at their shop located at 1734 E. Main St, Suite 3, Mesa, AZ 85203. After she got done scrubbing the toilet, Richard handed Stephanie my money and she placed it in her purse. I guess your weekend job more than helped you purchase the house you currently reside in at 9752 E. Irwin Ave., Mesa, AZ 85209. Your not welcome! I also was a victim dating back to 7-31-08, but the worse part of it all is nobody, from the F.B.I, the Az. attorney general, local police, Az. police, Prime Time, 20/20, etc. etc. would do squat to help us. I too was a victim as of 11/15/08 to now, nothing but lies, I'm out of $33, 900.00. I'm taking this guy to court. He was so-call building me a Lamborghini kit car. I've paid for and personally driven to Arizona to pick up my Chopper. That was in June of 2008 and since then, i've had the Bike in the shop more than it has been ridden. Even as of this writing (5-30-2009), it's in the shop to have the swingarm changed due to incorrect aligment (one side is longer and higher than the other side, costing me $4, 360.00). So you guy's who have these Choppers Please have the Swingarm checked. It causes excessive wear on the tire and could cause yoou serious injury or possibly worse.
