Complaint Review: Exotic Paradise Vacations

     My wife and I attended a two hour travel club presentation with the promise of two round trip plane tickets, a three day vacation coucher, and a $100 dinner certificate.

     Instead, we received "Vacation Instructions"  requiring us to send in $148.00 to receive our free tickets and vouchers. 

     Incredibly, we received information in the mail requesting more money to "register" our gifts. I went on line to request a refund. All their customer service people are named "Dana" and they cannot or will not help you. 

     I was promised a phone call, which I never received. I called the company and was told no refunds would be issued but I could appeal to "Chuck" @ colvin1221@gmail.com

     So far...nothing. Seems to be a total scam
