I ordered what I thought was a new in box camcorder from expecam.com for the lowest price listed in Google Checkout. The next day I received an email telling me that my ordered had already been processed, but the customer service rep noticed that I ordered the camera only, which came with no battery, charger, cables or software.

He just happened to have a few retail boxes left from the big blowout sale that ended yesterday that he could change my order to for a price that was at best mid-range to everything else and higher than that of the current sale at Circuit City. If I didn't change my order he would just send me that camera only that I had ordered leaving me with no way to charge the battery or download the video.

Don't buy from this company. Their ads are misleading at best.
