Expedia.com and Air France 24 hours prior to an Air France flight, I received a text that the flight was cancelled. I tried 7 times to talk to a rep at Exepdia as Air France said I had to speak with the company that booked my ticket. Internet
Every time the Expedia rep put me on hold to talk to Air France or a supervisor, we got cut off (their IVR must have some major problems) and the rep never bothered to call back event though I always provide my cell at the beginning of the call. Now I missed my flight (which Air France re-routed) and after another 44 minutes (8th call) with Expedia, they told me that they can't help me and that I can request a refund only on the airline's website. That is the worst customer service experience on Expedia and Air France ever. I have flown over 50 times from LA to Paris on Air France and now I am left with charging back the entire flight from my credit card when all I asked for was to reimburse half of the $1100 flight. So now, everyone looses as we all wasted time and resources. Will never use Expedia ever again.
