Wanted a nice vacation at Myrtle Beech.
Booked 4 days was promised a handicapped room which I need for my handicapped travel partner.
Everything seemed fine, the barely understandable agent in Phillipine Islands assured me I would get what I needed and took my money.
Later in email I see that they will forward my request for non-smoking, handicapped, two beds room but can not guarantee I will get them and that refunds are at their discretion.
When I called to tell them that I did not want to drive many hours and then find out I wasn't getting what I was promised and needed and that I wanted my money back if they could not guarantee I was put on hold forever, over thirthy minutes I am sure closer to 45 and finally got tired of waiting.
Sent anm email and got a reply to call them. Yea right.
there must be better people to do business with, I woujld rather pay an extra ten dollars a night or whatever and deal direct with the hotel than take such a risk.
they have themselves located on the internet so when you search for a hotel you get them instead and then funnelled away from the hotel you were looking for to somewhere else.
Don't do business with them is my recommendation.
