EXPEDIA EXPEDIA LIE TO YOU JUST TO SELL YOU A HOTEL RESERVATION BUT GET SOMETHING DIFFERENT AFTER YOU PAY FOR IT BELLEVUE, Washington
I got a hotel reservation from expedia and asked the representative to pick a hotel for me that will include free parking and free continental breakfast and we agreed on the one that she picked for me and my family. The day before we traveled I called the hotel to confirm the free parking and continental breakfast and they told me that it was not included so I got in touch with Victor, a supervisor from expedia and he told me not to worry and go on my vacation and get the reciepts for the parking and continental breakfast that i will get reimbursed once I get back from my vacation to fax them the reciepts. I faxed the reciepts two different times to two different people but as of today I have yet to receive my money.
