Expedia Lied about seats Internet
When booking air travel in February, we requested seats with ample leg room like bulkhead seats because of my recent knee surgery. The Expedia agent said that all of our seats (on four legs round trip) were bulkhead seats.
Not being familiar with the A319, I checked our seats this afternoon--just two days before our flight--and discovered that the seats were actually in the middle of the coach section and not anywhere near seats with extra legroom.
It took a very long phone call to Expedia to get this situation resolved. Fortunately, there were still seats that actually were behind the bulkhead. My complaint is that this should never have happened. The original Expedia agent either outright lied or did not have any idea of the A319 seating chart. It is only by chance that I discovered their dishonesty before showing up at the airport.
I will not use Expedia again because of this unpleasant experience.
