One travel agent told me that there was no charge of 100 applied to my credit card, could not find any charge, yet it was charged on my credit card. Adamantly defended that they had done this, when they had.

The agent then retracted the flight credit on my account indicating that he could not provide details of this. I had a confirmed credit applied two weeks earlier of 595.31.

The agent contacted the airline, confirmed that no flight was reserved when they had charged me 100 to re-book my flight.

The agent indicated I had a credit, then took it back, I spent 1 hour and 55 minutes on the phone, with absolutely nothing resolved.

The supervisor contacted the airline, but the supervisor insisted that they had actually booked a ticket, the website indicated that nothing was reserved. So they are going to have to charge me another 130 for the cancellation of something that was never reserved.
