I dealt with this company for email marketing services.  I used them for 1 month and needed to cancel because the service wasn't working for me.  They still charged my card the next month saying I never filled out the cancellation form.  However I had emailed my account rep and said I was canceling and he replied back saying that was fine and never mentioned a word at that time about the cancellation form.  After I asked for the cancellation form they wouldn't send it and just tried to talk me back into the service.  Foolishly I decided to continue the service since they made me a really good deal and I felt it would work then the next month.

After the second month of it not working for me I canceled again.  This time they still didn't send me a cancellation form (which I am convinced doesn't even exist) and just confirmed with me that I would not be billed again.  4 months later my card was suddenly hit for 2 charges totaling almost $500!  I was so infuriated that rather than even try to deal with them, which I knew would be a dead end, I just reported my credit card as stolen and issued chargebacks on the charges.

I advise anyone that has done business with them and is canceling or currently dealing with a sudden charge from them on your card, the best course of action is to report your card stolen and tell them those charges were fraudulent.
