I paid them $1,000 to do an email marketing blitz to 1.2 million mystery readers in a 24-hour period. Not one book sold. They offered to run it again for half-price ($500) and only one softcover sold.

I wrote a letter to Mike Dirmeikis, President and was never acknowledged. They charge excessive fees, $400 to host your website, and $300 just to transfer an image.

Do not use this company!

Having dealt with this fraudulent company in the past, all their ips are black listed you are better off mailing from your home ISP and getting your internet shut off. Their services provide NO value to the fact none of the emails sent will get to the inbox. I am a full-time independent professional marketer and have dealt with some of the largest list managers out there. Their professional standards and practices are abhorrent. There are much better email delivery and rental companies out there I would recommend anyone searching for such services check out this companies better business rating then find a different company to do business with.

Rosellen contracted Expedite Media Group to conduct an email marketing campaign to promote her mystery novel, which it did. The poor results had nothing to do with the execution, which was done to the industry's highest standards.

Pricing quoted to Rosellen for image hosting and other services were also in line with accepted practices.

While recognizing that all budding authors aspire to be propelled to the Amazon top seller list, or the Oprah show, our economic system still requires that the principles of quality and value to the end consumer be part of the equation before millions, and, yes, maybe even TWO people buy the product, regardless of the marketing engaged to promote it.

Decency prevents me from revealing the name of this "best seller". I'll let the author publish the name for the public to make their evaluation of why millions did not rush to the cash register.
