Run for the hills--and hold on to your wallet while running.

I did something really really stupid. I listened to this company's sales pitch and then gave them my credit card. What an idiot I was. The sad thing is that I read these posts and then believed the sales pitch as to why everyone on this site was wrong and how they were going to be pursued for the lies they told about this dear company who only wanted to help people.

Don't do it--your little voice may say "give it a shot--it might work" Trust me and the other posters here--you'll regret it and be treated poorly during the process.

Ask the sales person at this company about the negative posts on this site and you'll hear a well crafted and thought out explanation as to why the advertisers screwed up and why Expedite didn't do anything wrong. It's our fault and they'll tell you (repeatidly) that they wouldn't be in business for 10 years if they didn't go good work, which makes no sense. Tons of crappy companies are in business for longer than that when they have huge profits margins and churn their client base.

Think of this:

I paid $800 for an email blast that I am not even convinced was sent. I am not a moron and I have a fair amount of marketing experience, so I was shocked when a 1,000,000 person email blast went out I got 25 clicks. What a great response.

Their contract couldn't be any more protective. It basically relieves them of any responsibility. Nothing they say or do holds them accountable--nothing.

To further cover their asses, they won't even choose the subject line for your email campaign. They don't want the responsibility for when your campaign completely fails. "It must have been that darn subject line" They claim to be experts, but they won't help you with the single most important component of an email--the subject line. They leave it up to you so they can blame you when it doesn't work out.

They claim to have all these major US corporations on board, but yet you can't speak to them as they aren't interested in giving this company a reference. Why is that? Why won't Coca Cola or Taco Bell tell you what a great job they do? Curious.

They also can't (for some strange reason) send you an email of your email campaign. Then when you ask why a company that sends out millions of emails each day can't send one to their advertiser they quote (repeatidly as if it is being read off of a note card) that the rules and regulations keep them from sending you an email. They can send it to 1,000,000 people, but they can't send it to you.

Believe what you hear on this board or be prepared to waste a ton of your time with their incompetitence and some of your hard earned money.

They are, in my opinion, not delivering anything near to what they claim to. And their sales pitch and spin is well crafted to conveniently exlpain away all of your concerns. Take your money and flush it down the toilet before giving it to them--at least you won't waste hours of your time and be treated poorly.
