The Simplicity email service DOES NOT WORK. It's a complete scam. The vast majority of your email will not get through because the service is run by a bunch of ex-spammers and everything is blacklisted. It's a joke. STAY AWAY.
We used their product for a few months, only to find out that emails weren't being delivered and they have no ability to get email into the inbox, despite all their representations.
WE LOST $25,000 of business because of them.
They offer the worst customer service. Melissa is a criminal, if you talk to her, they will lie to you and deny everything just to steal your money. They specialize in taking your money and running away with it. The service does not work.
THe system looks smooth, but it does not work. Pay a few extra bucks and go with constant contact. That's the only way to make things work with ex-spammers.
