Complaint Review: Expedited Recruiting LLC

He comes at you with a great, persuasive ad about all the money you can make with him and talks behind your back, turns attitudes on a dime, hires you as a contractor and puts demands on you like you are an employee.  He touts his "ironclad" NDA (probably swiped that from his last Ripoff Report victim) and when you have any type of issue, he dispatches threats.  Lots of threats.  He makes personal claims that are not true and if he feels like you are not going to stay, he threatens to sue you.

If you look at the last ripoff report (http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/Expedited-Recruiting-LLC/nationwide/Expedited-Recruiting-LLC-J-Gregory-ORiordan-Greg-ORiordan-John-G-Oriordan-Terrible-scam-1155607 ), you will see the prime example of his empty threats.

He stated "Ripoff Report Does Not Remove Reports for Money AND it is Possible to Obtain Author Information With a Proper Subpoena"

In other words, "I can hunt you down".  Threats.

Ripoff Report even took the time to issue a rebuttal stating "The author also is struggling to understand that they don’t have to know who the author of the Report is to go through the VIP Arbitration Program.  The Rebuttal Author, in their own statement, has raised rebuttals to statements of fact."

The substance of this is essentially that if you see his name or the Expedited Recruiting LLC name on anything, steer clear.  If he issues a rebuttal to this, it will probably contain insults just as his last rebuttal did.
