Complaint Review: expedited ventures

This guy Stephen Oatley sold me a harley on ebay and when chatting about shipooping he asked what the shipping charges where and he said he could beat that price. He told me he needed money up front to pay for feul and his driver. I sent him 3090 dollars and he not only didnt ship the bikes I paid him to ship in the time frame he agreed to he refuses to give me back my money.

Then he refused to allow my shipper that I had to pay shipping my bikes again for  to pick up the bike I already paid for. He said I didnt have it shipped in a timely manner as stated in the auction site. The ebay site that he renegged on paying ebay the 10% rate for selling on this site. So he has had the money for 4 months and refuses to give me back my money.

He says he needs an apology for being called a thief before he will send back my money. Unbelievable a**wipe. Please help me.

Younger days I would go and beat the tar out of him til he gave it back to me and then I would kick his a** again for not shipping the bikes and then I would kick it again for stealing my bike he sold me. Then I would just kick his a** because this f***** needs it kicked so bad. Pardon the swearing but you can see my side looks alil fuzzy to be kind. help me joe in sonoma california
