Experian Consumer Credit Reporting is a ripoff. The business that doesn't give a d**n. Allen, Texas
I received a copy of my credit report and found a couple accounts that was in question. I wrote Experian to ask for an investigation of these two accounts which said they were opened in 1995 and date of last activity 2000.
These accounts do not belong to me and they said accounts would remain and raised the 7 year period up to 2008. I ask for an investigation again and reminded them that Maxine Sweet vice president of consumer relations for Experian says herself that they cannot raise the 7 year period because of asking for an investigation but got same results and nothing changed.
Will try one more time to get this matter corrected and if they ignore me again I will be filing a small claim with the county court clerks office in Tenn and let Experian have to pay to send their attorney's from Texas or hire one here.
