Experian credit card charged for credit score,but never received. They claim no record of it ALLEN Texas
on march 3rd I was charged the fee for my credit score. today i called because I never received it, and was told no report was generated. they expect me to make copy of my drivers license, credit card statement, ss#, and send it to their refund address. they were rude, and to submit their request is going to be more expensive and burdersome then the amount i was charged. i was denied a phone number of the department that could verify the credit card charge.
