Experian Credit Reporting Agency RIPOFF I find it apalling that I would have to pay this company $35 for a number to file a dispute agaist them. Costa Mesa California
I was denied credit when attempting to purchase a vehicle. I went home and pulled my own credit report through Equifax online. There was an outstanding bill showing reported by my local credit bureau to Experian.
I called my local reporting agency and they stated that they notified Experian 9 months ago that he bill was paid in full and that I was not the only client they had that was having this difficulty. I was told to file a dispute with Experian.
I searched online and the only way to file a dispute or contact anyone by phone at Experian was to purchase one of their credit reports and then enter the credit report number that they issue.
I find it apalling that I would have to pay this company $35 for a number to file a dispute agaist them. That is Racketeering. I am in the process of looking for a class action lawyer to file suit on behalf of myself and other comsumer with like issues. Please contact me if you would like to be a part of this suit by using the rebuttal box below.
