Experian is a ripoff! I ordered my 3 credit report from identiyguard.com. After reviewing my Experian report, I noticed someone else's mortgage has been added to my credit report. I called the mortgage co. (Citimortgage) and told them someone else's morgage was showing up on my Experian report. They said to contact Experian, it was not their problem.

Since I obtained reports through identityguard and not Experian, I had to purchase an original report from Experian. I went online and was told through Experian site that I would have to call the toll-free no. and pay $11 for my report since I needed Experian's member no. to dispute online. I paid the $11 and never received the report.

One month later, I called my credit card co. to dispute the $11 since I never received the report. I called many Experian phone nos. and finally talked to Nick, in Irvine, who told me he had no record of my purchasing a credit report and that I would have to purchase again. I was on the phone with him for 2 hours and never resolved my problem. Today, I have not received my Experian report and have no way to dispute the attached mortgage.

I also had another Experian entry on my report for an auto loan that I cosigned which is also incorrect. I have never had an auto loan and have never cosigned for anyone! The comment on this entry was "closed" due to another company purchasing the loan so is not affecting my score. I have always had high credit scores and Experian is ruining my credit! What can I do?
