I ordered my free so called crefdit report. In order to get the information there a was $1 but it only for purpose that it will be refunded if I chose not to continue with service. In March 2015 I ordered my report and then tow hours later caleed 877-284-7942 and requested to cancel. they tried to talk me into it . i was clear on "no" then chargegs of 2195 started on Spetember . I was ill and in the hospotal. when I came home I noticed two emails from them. On December 2015 two separate emails to update my credit caRD. i EMAILED BACK TWICE WITH CANELATION.

Thye did not stop. continued on charging sometime twice in a cycle.

keep in mind no charges on November or december of 2015. called my credit company. and they flat out denied the dispute. I caled the number and the Experian was not giving me clear answers on how they had my information.

I was also a mewmmber of Credit karma. do not ever trust a conmp[any with no phonee number. The emails requesting my credit information was from a third agency hired by Experian. First Bank was not only an advocate but they did not take the time to even add 1+1 together. unprofessional. today i called and we went over this issue with first bank and they said sorry it was suppose to billing resolution department. i said when a company charges my card without my ok i call it fraud.

mr. briggs was not in so i filed a complaint and made my payment. bewqare do not deal with credit karma. they are a monopoly. thay are partnered with comp[anies like lending club, capital one and so on and they sell your information. Mr karma shame on you.

i no longer will stand quiet. people say oh let it go. no longer will ilet things go we work hard and our goverment does not take care of their people same ones we put in office. shame on experian . people whpo have all of out information. this is far from over. one voice is beeter than no voice.

if you want change you need to speak
