Complaint Review: Experian

Experian I tried to cancel the $24.99 membership during the 1 week $1.00 trial period 3 times. That didn't happen and they still charged me the $24.99. I called them the day it hit my account and they told me the $24.99 is nonrefundable. I would suggest any other way to check your credit. Allen Texas

Experian Do not sign up for their 7 day trial period of $1.00. I did it and tried to cancel it 3 times before they billed me the $24.99. They have a no refund policy too, so they got me for that. They said it's canceled moving forward, but we will see. Their customer service was rude and not bending. Save yourself the trouble and use any other service to check your credit.

The rep on the phone asked for a confirmation number from the email, but the email didn't give me one. Do not sign up for their 7 day trial period of $1.00. I did it and tried to cancel it 3 times before they billed me the $24.99. They have a no refund policy too, so they got me for that.
