On June 17, 2011, two young college age students came to my door to sell kid's books for in-need kids who are supported by non-profit organizations.  Out of goodwell, I ordered a children's encyclopedia for $55 for my grand-nephew. After more than 5 months, I did not receive the book so I contacted the experiencesales.com online on Nov. 21, 2011, hopefully I could get it intime as a Christmas gift.  Mr. Andrew Martinick from the Experiencsales.com's Customer Service replied next day indicating that the book was out of stock and was in backorder.  Before Christmas, finally I received it.  What a shock, the encyclopedia is only a few pages thick that probably is good for the kindergarten kids.   I could not give it to my grandnephew as Christmas gift but I showed it to him anyway so he would know what was my original intent. My grandnephew took the book over, he laughed out loud and told me that I was ripoff and I should never trust someone come to the door.  I was educated by a pre-teen kid.  Sorry to see what a negative influence this experience sales did to my grandnephew, and maybe to many other kids in their generation.  The America's goodwell culture is abused and under-attacked by company such as the ExperienceSales.com.
