Complaint Review: Experimac Pearland Parkway

Experimac Pearland Parkway Experimac pearlandpkwy Took my daughters iPad in at HER cost. She saved her money to fix (the button). Went back in after a week picked it up realized the screen was lifted took it back in told by the manager who ever "fixed it" didn't lay something down right. He put it on the hot plate was supposed to be fixed. Next day the home button began messing up again. Took it in took about a week and a half to have it "fixed" picked it up walked into Target (next door) iPad started turning off and on by itself (which wasn't a problem when we took the ipad). To be treated like that was uncalled for. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to deal with a sh*y person. Houston Texas

Walked right back next door I told the front desk receptionist it wasn't doing this when we first brought it in she said ," I know I think the power button must not be working now." Left it again to be fixed, went back AGAIN to pick it up (driving through 4 tolls each time) after having to call because we heard no word after 2 weeks. Which now make a total of 2 months we've been dealing Micheal. Picked it up and right infront of her(the receptionist) the iPad was flickering off and on AGAIN. I was going to leave it and walking out the door to have it looked at YET AGAIN when my husband said just to take it because there's no point in us driving back Again. When I walked in the store she said the iPad isn't even turning on at all. Micheal (the owner was not in so called later in the day told he was out and he'd call back by Thursday never heard back from him until today. When we called he told us he could check it out again and place another screen I told him we're at the point that we just aren't satisfied with the services "given" because we dropped it off to pop out the button and left with an iPad that just no longer works. I explained how we drive from Atascosita area and it's a pretty far drive and he says mail it in I told him I didn't wanna deal with that hassle and he screams WELL IM NOT DOING S* FOR YOU THEN! and hangs up. Very professional of the owner if I do say so myself. Not once did we ever raise our tone, complain about having to go back and forth multiple times. To be treated like that was uncalled for. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to deal with a sh*y person.
