Hello! here another customer of Experteer GmbH who found out from his credit card statement that the yearly subscription for this (poor) head hunting service has been renewed for another year WITHOUT email notification... therefore watch out!

Apart from suggesting you guys NOT to use the services as without a clear return of investment, please be aware that Experteer GmbH DO NOT apply the right for cancellation upon renewal.

If you then have the pleasure to get in touch with their customer service department, be ready for standard responses, and forget about a reply within 24 hours... and they are proud to call it PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP....

Dear xxxx, thank you very much for your reply. The 2 week notice is for a new membership and does not apply for the renewal of an existing one.
