Complaint Review: Explore.ca Travel Group

Tony Thibault owner of Explore.ca Travel Group took $1840 from us early March 2014 for a July trip in Nova Scotia, PEI and New Brunswick. His proposal clearly stated ddposit was refundable except for $200. We had to cancel trip in April. We have tried for five months to get Tony Thibault to reply to our emails and phone calls and to return the refundable portion of our deposit. He will not respond.

Halifax Better Business Bureau give Tony Thibault an F. They have other cases on file where Tony Thibault has defrauded customers. In some cases, customers have paid the full bill in advance and arrived at hotels only to find that Thibault had not paid for their rooms as promised.

This travel agent is a theif. Do not use his services.
