Explore Trip Never refunded my money
Never use explore trip! Huge rip off!
I paid ExploreTrip to change flight date and when they gave me my new flight reservations, my return flight was set to come back 1 year later. I told them that this was the case and I needed my money back and they stopped responding all together.
There manager, Roger, said I would be refunded for their mistake. I have yet to receive any money from Explore trip after over 3 Months of contacting with them!
