we purchased a rv and found things that needed to be fixed. neill said they would be fixed and cleaned before our walk through and pick up of rv. we found rat poop in kitchen drawers,swithches hanging out of wall,filthy carpets that were suppose to be cleaned. The outside and inside were not detailed like promised they would be. we put cash down and when we went to pick it up all was the same as when purchased. they did a hurry job to clean it which was a crappy job. Neill came in on day off told us we bought as is. we are very disapointed in this place, donot recommend to anyone.
