Explorer Appliace Company are ripoff deception, victimized many consumers San Deigo California
They sell their product online only, these are made in mexico with foriegn parts - they don't even have serial numbers on them and are not UL approved.
They advertises a one year warrantee which may be serviced by their own service representatives located across the country. They also say that if there is no service rep. in your area you may hire any local licensed repairman and they will pay the bill.
These are all lies - they have no nationwide repair service and a regular repair man cannot service their appliances because they are of a proprietary nature. Even if you can fine someone to fix it, they will not reimburse you anyway.
Once they have your money, you will never see any customer support or warrantee of any kind.
I sold their product initially until I discovered how devious they could be, than I broke off my relationship with them.
TRUST ME - beware of them like a plague........
