I mailed a certified check as specified to explorer appliances for a 36" gas all pro gas range in the amt. of 2288.00 which included shipping. I recieved conformation and was informed to expect delivery in 8-12 weeks. I never recieved it. I then got a letter saying that I owed shipping in the amt. of 189.00. I sent them a copy of check and their invoice saying I had paid in full. She said ok never mind. She then said that I had not included the item number with my check. However the email they sent me had confirmed the item number38752941110 36" gas all pro range. She then said the item was out of stock. I offered to choose another range. She quit answering my calls.
I would get her voice mail. No call backs or answers to my emails. No resolution. and no help from the Better Business Bureau of California or Internet Fraud (IFCC)
