I purchased a stove/range that I drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up and 2 1/2 hours back. After the contractor finishing connecting the stove (he builded the cabinets around it), we discovered that the ignition switch didn't work. You can light the burners with a match but there's no way to fix the oven. I called and Eric sent the repair man that stated "this is a defective part in the stove and that's why I kept telling to stop ordering this model", he left. I called Eric and he stated that he would order the part and it would take a week, this was in the very beginning of April.

A week has come and gone and Eric excuse (when they answer the telephone) it's coming on Monday. Many Mondays have came and gone and still no return calls, no working stove/oven, no refund. I have already reported it to Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. Still no response nor refund. My family has missed many meals especailly all my home baked specialities. Looks like the only alternative I have left is to sue them in Court. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy! Do not buy from them or else you will be risking your $$$ and all the joy of saving up and re-modeling your kitchen will go down the drain! Look at all the grief I have to go through so I can get my $1129.00.
