Explorer Appliances sold us $42,896.00 worth of merchandise they later discontinued without notice. Explorer has refused to refund for the merchandise we paid for in advance and has exhibited a pattern of systematic fraud with respect to addressing the issue. The orders have been cancelled for well over eight months and yet no money has been refunded to date.

Explorer also owes us $5533.88 in credit memos issued for cancelled shipping fees, erroneous double charges, missing parts, and crating fees for orders never shipped.

The total amount owed to our company is $48,429.38. We are presently getting no response to repeated requests for refund.
