Complaint Review: Explorer Electronics

I sent for a TV channel descrambler from Explorer electronics. It was not as advertised so I called 3-17-03 the tollfree # 800-317-#### that was on my bank statment it was from Universal CABLOOof00 I finaly got a man who I told that this item they had sent was not as advertised he asked the name of my cable provider I told him it was Adelphia he said it was not compadable and to send it back and I would be refunded the $217.00 that was deducted from my bank account. I never heard back and I closed that account right away.
