Complaint Review: exploria resorts

 The quick explination;

I was played by salesman, and fell for it just so they could get a signature and run the time out so there was no backout.

Long description;

Robert Bruder was my salesman and from the start he said he could get me a 5.99% loan and get my payments down, then he added that the banks like to see that I am owning in a newer building, so he sugested I buy into the 600 building. I already owned a 3 bedroom lockout in Summer Bay and I aggreed with the stipulation that if we could not get my payments lower the deal is off. He brought his supervisor on the the phone with him and I made the statment again the my payments would need to be lower than the currently were.

Robert sent papperwork to be signed to my home in Arkansas, with the currier still here in the room with me I called to remind him if I could not get adequate financing the deal is off. He said he would send bank re-fi information and that I would need to talk to them but I had to wait untill the phurace was through to apply for the re-finacing. ( this was what I was lead to beleve would save me the higher payments )

 I got curious called the 1 bank name he gave me they was not able to give me a 5.99% loan and they wanted a shorter time for payoff that added up costing more that the hold deal through exploria.

I called Robert to cancel the contract this was october 9 he said he did not have all the papperwork back yet I told him then I would need to cancel the contract, I called again he said did not have all the papperwork back in the proper groups hands this is the OCT 12 I told him to Cancel contgract, he looked up the status and said it was not through and was in a limbo kind of state. (I have not heard back from him since that date. And looking back into it that would had been the 10 day time I was supposed to sign and send a cancelation form that he never told me about, I WAS PLAYED FOR A FOOL ) 

A week went by with me beleveing that he was doinf as I requested and cancel the contract, I called 3 times and let a voicemail to contact me, I also sent e-mail to contact me I wanted to know status of the deal. he following week I got a new ownership e-mail then got a new payment statment and it was almost double what I was paying, I called finance and they said the contract went through OCT 13, ( how convienyent and that was a saterday) I told the finance department this was not wjhat I aggreed on and I would NOT pay they needed to cancel the contract, that is when they started the game, that there was a signed contract and they could do nouthing. I have asked for a call from there supervisor, I have been told by e-mail I would get a call and still nouthing has happened it is not NOV 7.

I am still going to fight this down, the salesman Robert and his manager knew the stipulation I out into the deal and could had told me right there I would not qualify.
