I paid him to replace the timing belt and water pump in November 2010
and all the belts flew off while I was driving on the freeway soon after
repair.
It turns out that he did not tighten the timing bolt. This caused the
pulley to come loose damaging the crank shaft and ruining the harmonic
balancer.
I now have to replace my engine.
I won the suit against him in small claims back in March of this year and have not seen a dime.
My vehicle is still not operating and he has made no effort in paying me
for the damage. I even tried to have him replace the engine (SHAME ON
ME), and he has been missing in action!
I'm still without my vehicle - it has been almost 8 months without my car.
DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IF you've already sued and won, go(Call, write, or physicaly go) to the Clerk of court where the Judgment was given, they'll fix this non-payment.

Typically...a normal person would read the entire name of a company...not just the first word. It's strange but I do believe the companies name is "explosive auto repair." Blasphemy!!!

Well, it is called "Explosive" Auto Repair. Seriously, who would go to shop with such a bizarre name? It's like shopping for home furnishings at "Highly Flammable Carpets and Drapes".
