Complaint Review: Express Auto Parts

I ordered a Camaro Ram air hood from expressautoparts.com in November.About 2 weeks after I ordered it,they sent me an email saying they cancelled my order because it was on backorder.

That was fine with me until I received my bank statement. And on the bank statement it showed where they withdrawed 291.49 for the hood. So when I saw that I emailed them several times and nothing was done.

I even gave them my home and work number so they could call me since they wouldn't give me there number. This has been going on for almost 3 months and still no refund. So I am seriously thinking about sueing.
