Express Auto Transport Failed to transport and disclose the 50.00 processing fee prior to receipt of deposit Cincinnati , Ohio

Express auto transport promised to transport my vehicle in 5 to 10 days per customer service repres and failed to do so. After receipt of my deposit(145.00) they stated they could not find a driver for my requested transport route. This was 2wks after the receipt of my deposit. To add injury to insult they told me I was cancelled and hung on me after repeated calls to follow up on the status. I contacted there alledged accounting department and no one ever answers. The voice mail box is always full. I can't believe the Attorney General's Office in the state of Ohio has not closed there business of operation. They have about 400 complaints filed against them and 37 of those complaints involve delivery issues.  For concise numbers involving Express Auto's complaint visit: info@cincinnati.bbb.org. It was unbelieveable. This is not a disgruntled customer. I am appauled that companies are allowed to rip people off and still stay in business. Lets see if I get my deposit back as promised by the customer service repres. SHame on you Express auto! Karma is real!
