Complaint Review: The Express Car Wash of Boca Raton

I went through the companies car wash and something scratched the paint while I was going through the spin cycle portion of it. They told me to file a damage report, but after I came up to manager John. He grabbed the phone dialed 911 and had the Sheriff office immedietly trespassed us, then escorted off the property.

Now after calling they are telling me that they aren't responsible because the car went through the car wash ok. It was a brand new car and I shouldn't have to pay to fix something that was caused by their car wash.
