Looking at the other warning about this company, it is irrelevant who is actually running it. It is accurate to state that the they provide a low estimate and then inflate it once your goods are collected. While volume may increase with palletising, this should be stressed when quote is provided. Additionally, they added extra 'fuel surcharges" (not warned about in estimate) and mover costs (I received mover's invoice and Cargo Express put another $100 on top.)  Company charges 5% on top if credit card is used and has a peculiar disclaimer advising that consumer must not stop their credit card if services are not provided.  (Warning bells or what!)  Total shipping fee must be provided up front.  After much communication, company goes silent once they have your cash.  They are not transparent about how the shipping works, despite what their website claims.  Still waiting for date of arrival of my goods and insurance reference, which website states is provided so consumer can track online.  This lack of transparency is worrying and would advise against using this company.
