Complaint Review: Express Employment Professionals

 I contacted this company because I submitted my resume and filled out the application online,this was in August 25,2011. I had not heard from the company about any employment opportunities and so I called the south phoenix office where I submitted my app and resume, to only be told that they never recieved it at all and I had to do it all over again. So I did it again and followed it up with a call to Jesse, she stated that she has all that she needs from me and that she will be in touch.

September 17 2011 I called to check on the status of everything and was told again that my app and resume were not there and to do it again and resubmit it again. Knowing how frustrated I was I still went ahead and did it again. Here it is a whole month later October 18, 2011 and I have not heard anything fromt his company, so I decided to call and see if I can get some answers. All I got was rudeness and disrespect. After speaking with some lady I do not know, she finally put me back in touch with Jesse, who claims to have thousands upon thousands of resumes and she can't just focus on one, and if she feels that I qualify for the jobs that have been sent before her than she will contact me. This is a bunch of crap. When did the hiring force become in command  by one individual. So only is she feels that I qualify then I will be able to see if I can get hired at a place of employment that used this compnay to seek potential workers.

I looked at all the jobs that are available within my area through this company and I myself see several that I am qualified for. This company and all others associated with it are franchised and have a private owner, William H. Stoller is the founder and president and he is part owner of some vineyards here in America. This place is not practicing proper hiring practices when it comes to certain people and I can and will say that everything I put in the title next to theit name is true and should be brought to justice.
