Express Flooring Express Flooring rips people off by keeping their deposits Mesa Arizona
Express Flooring is ripping people off by keeping their deposits. In July 2013 they gave us a ridiculously high quote to install tile and carpeting in our house and we gave them a $100 deposit, which the salesman said was refundable if we cancelled. He even wrote "deposit is refunable" on the front of the contract.
A few days later when we got a competitive quote that was much lower, we called and cancelled the order with Express Flooring. The salesman called us 3 times and each time we told him the order is cancelled. We have now called Express Flooring several times asking about our deposit refund and are getting the run-around and lame excuses from their office. I even called the salesman's direct number and left him a voicemail and he won't return my call.
People, DON'T give Express Flooring any deposit because you won't get it back! I'm just happy we only gave them $100 and, after reading all the bad reviews of them, am even happer we didn't have them do any work in our home.
