Complaint Review: Express flooring

THANK YOU to all those who took the time to file rip-off reports on this company, you have saved me from making the same mistake! I was about to use this company for an expensive amount of wood and tile flooring (almost 4,000 sqft) but someone's comment that they are NOT accredited by the BBB made me stop and come to my senses. I did a little investigating and found out this is true: they are not accredited by BBB and BBB has given them a rating of D+ because the business "failed to resolve underlying cause(s) of a pattern of complaints". A PATTERN of complaints, that's enough for me to stay away! The poor girl who answered the phone when I called to cancel the "free estimate" tried multiple times to explain away the negative information (a small percentage of customers, etc) but I am not willing to risk being one of them. Thank you all for safeguarding my money, time, and stress level! Thank you rip-off report!!!!!
