These are the people who have been taking $9.95 out of my Bank account. I get letters from companies like this all the time in the mail. I throw them away so I know for a fact that I've never signed up for this. I am so angry right now. I noticed that a lot of other people posted about this companying wanting more information so that they can contact them. Below is information that I got from their website about canceling. Notice at the end it says that you'll still be charged stuff even after you cancel! Outrageous!! These people should be sent to jail!

CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT: Your Expressgoldcard.com account will remain active as long as Your account is in good standing unless You contact Expressgoldcard.com in writing, by phone or email and request to cancel Your account. That company obtained your bank account information from somewhere and someone authorized the monthly debit. If you really didn't authorize this, and do not have that card, call your bank and dispute the charges.

Your bank will probably also suggest that you get your credit report. The free once a year credit reports can be found at http://www.ftc.gov/ click on Free Credit Report.

It says:

"The monthly maintenance fee charge will remain in effect ==>so long as there is a balance owed on the account.Minimum Monthly Payment for Charge Purchasesentire balance due.
Once again, my suggestion is pay it off or transfer the balance to another card...
