 I believe Heath Britt has left the State. I spoke to Jennifer Hollingsworth Britt on FB and after many nasty comment to myself as to my person. I have never met the woman. She owns the company.  I have read a LOT of very negative, very untruthful statements directed towards myself and my Husband as well. I have never Been an employee of express grafix. I helped make t shirts as a friend without any compensation what so ever! Every single thing this man and his, now owner wife Jennifer Hollingsworth Britt is completely fabricated. I have no idea why paying a friend money borrowed turns into THIS! I don't do drugs, yet I owe no explanation to this person. DcF was making a visit on him and his family yet his electric was turned off. I, as a friend LOANED, on no uncertain terms, him $100 to get his electric back on. I have asked for it many times and I am denied every time. There is no excuse for the slanderous attack on me. I want anything involving me removed! I assure you, I was not arrested for extortion or any other thing written here. I DO NOT have Hepatitis and yes I have been charged with 2 crimes in my life that I was never convicted. I was released right after making a court date. Allllllllll the other nonsense is just that, nonsense! Heath Britt was only hurt that I married Darin Davis and not him. There is not and never was an order of protection issued against me. To this day I contact him and remind him of the money he DOES owe ME. His claim is he gave it to my mother. That is a lie. I plan on filing my own civil suit for the loan plus interest and a charge for slander. We were once friends and to say such things made up like that is beyond reproach. I would love to talk with an attorney regarding this matter. I am Heath Britt.  This will be the only statement that I will make about this Rip Off report. I was, untill a year ago, the owner of All Printables and Express Grafx.  I sold the business last october, and enrolled in school in a totally unrelated field.  I have a charge on the Hillsborough County Sheriffs office website.  It was for child abuse, it was brought on by my ex-wife Daniela Ebelhar and her new husband Mark Hobbs.  They also in the last 3 to 4 years have filed DCF charges repeatedly as well as repeated attempts at restraining orders.  All of which have been dismissed and found to be
false.  It has been one continual assault after another in order to try and get full custody of my children.  They have not and will not succeed, because its not true and I, on every occasion have been found to be a great father, by the Dept. Of Children and Families, The State Attorneys Office,  And Every Judge that I have been in front of. 

I will not sit here and Lie and Tell you that I have made every Business decision a good one.  I have had my share of mistakes.  I have filled 1000's of orders and made 1000's of customers happy.  I have however had customers that either
weren't satisfied with their service or I just could'nt please.  After trying my best,  I gave up and moved on.  This forum is for them to voice their opinion.  I have two or three out of 1000's of customers on here.  There are 2 sides to every
story.  Who ever it is that has recently been on Ripoff Report, couldn't possibly be telling the truth because I am a full time student.  I take care of a few existing customers and friends that I have, from my prior business while I am going to
school for a totally different field.  I am point blank asking anybody that reads this response.  To do your own research, If you are interested.  You will find that I am in no trouble with the IRS, State Attorneys Office, or Sherrifs Office.  Its all public record and would be found by researching my name on the hillsclerk website.  I have never remotely been accused or investigated for child Molesting.  This is just some idiot, with too much time on their hands trying to cause trouble.  The state Attorney along with the Attorney Generals Office has agreed to obtain a search warrant. In order to obtain the
IP address of the individual or individuals responsible for the weeks prior postings.  Cyber Bullying is a Federal Offense and a Felony in the 1st degree. I will without fail expose the person or persons responsible and see that they are Prosecuted to
the fullest extent of the law. 

Below I felt upon my heart, to share my testimony. I wrote this a few months ago and shared it with my church.  Its not pretty, but its the truth, and the truth sets you free.  The cowards that have been posting on here are not interested in the truth.  They just wish to prove their ignorance and lack of character.  If you really were in the right you would have posted your complaint with your full name, and a detailed wrong. Here is my story, and my full name is at the bottom.

MY TESTIMONY

I thought all week about what Psalm 23 meant to me. I got the answer this morning when talking to my fiance. I guess you can consider this my Testimony.


I was married for nine years. God had blessed me with 4 children, a wife, a thriving business, a nice home, cars, all the material things we wanted, a praise and worship leader position at a new church. God was truely blessing me.

Unfortunately I was living a life of hippocracy. I would stand up in front of people on Sunday and sing about god and speak of a life of morality and living a christ-like life. All the while,My wife hated me. My children were unhappy. My business was less than honest at times. I tricked myself into thinking that lying in business was acceptable, because sometimes
honesty wasn't the best policy. For over a year I would lead worship on sunday and live my sinfull life at home. This church was not being blessed at all by my being there.

Here is the next five years of my life. My wife strayed into the arms of other men. I cheated on her as well. My business was getting worse and worse. I was losing customers. I got seriously sick for three years. In this time my wife left me and took my children. I spent my lifes savings on divorce attorneys and medical bills. My business got worse and worse. My friends tried to help but gave up after a while. (I dont blame them)... I got hooked on pain medication, prescribed from my Dr.
for My illness. My customers were leaving my business by the dozens. I turned into a lyer and a cheat. I moved from house to house, and my business from location to location. I went from relationship to relationship. My now ex-wife entered into a campaign of destruction toward me. Anything that could hurt, she would try, legally or illegally. She would constantly try to drive a wedge in between my children and me. I filed bankruptsy. I gave all my prized worldly possessions back to the bank. I managed to salvage a fraction of my business in order to make money. I have been in one custody battle after another for the last three years. To say the least my life was CRAP!

I hit rock bottom. I was lying in a hospital with pneumonia. Liver failing from all the pain medicine that I was taking. I had attempted suicide twice that year. No one would call me at the hospital. This lady from the hospital had me fill out a form. On it, there was a box asking who to contact in case of emergency...There was no one! I asked the Doctor to put me into rehab. They detoxed me for a long time. When it was time to come home. They asked me who they could call to pick me up. There was no one! I took a taxi to my empty home. I spent alot of time in prayer.

I have asked one thing of god. I have asked for his will to be done, in regards to my life. I have lost so much, when it
comes to the material things. I have lost and regained my children so many times that I could'nt possibly count, due
to a relentless hatred that my ex-wife has for me. I dont blame her,  and I pray that god places peace over her heart one day. I can only assume that God is having his will over my life. I stand before my friends and my God a humbled man. I need not and want nothing. I just want Gods will! He has blessed me with  my Fiance. I still have a way to make a living. I have
the air in my lungs. I have the love in my heart for God, and for that I am a rich man. I still struggle with foul language. I am free from the powerful hold that the pain medication had over me. I pay the price everyday for my past. To those feelings that I hurt, I can only offer my apology. For those enemies That I have made, I can only pray for peace to come over
them.

I hope that my testimony, can help someone who is in need. I realize that putting this on Facebook is probably not
wise, but I feel that God has call upon me to do so!

DAWNA BENZON,  isnt fooling anybody, with her games.  First of all There are and never have been any pending charges on Mr. Heath Britt.  I did my research today, on Dawna Benzon.  She has been arrested for Petit Theft and Car theft....  She has not held down a job in almost 10 years.   All of the posts on this site are from her.  She is simply setting up new rebuttal accounts and pretending to be someone else.  Because I successfully acquired state charges on her today from the state attorneys office for attempted extortion, racketeering, domestic terrorism, and received temporary restraining orders from her and her boyfriend Darin Scott Davis.  Whom also is wanted in Volusia County for check fraud.  Dawna Benzon is a drug addict, proven by her multiple baker acts.  Heath Britt refused to give her $100 that she requested from him.  He wasn't going to support her drug habit. This is why all of a sudden Dawna Benzon  has started this vendetta.  You will see that all of these messages will stop as soon as she is arrested.... Because there are no computers for inmates at orient road jail.   All of this is PUBLIC RECORD AS WELL.....  And Confirmed by the Hillsborough
County Sheriffs office Victims Assistance office.  

Just to show the idiousy of this broad.  No one including the person in trouble with the IRS themselves can pull up that they are in trouble with the IRS.  This crazy b****  is obviously lying about that.  You would need your SSN# and the amount of your last years tax return in order to even get that information.  Not even a bank or local law office can get that kind of info. without a federal court order.

Take time for yourself and go to Hillsborough county clerk of the court public record, and research that there are absolutely no charges on Heath Britt, local state or federal.  Mr. Britt also has 
custody of his four children.  So how could he be under investigation for molestation and have custody  of his kids at the same time.  Dawna Benzon is simply on here filing other complaints from different bogus accounts in a useless effort to try and stay out of prison for extortion.

Your 15 minutes of fame are up Dawna AKA Consumer Advocate, and the walls are closing in around you.

I will start out with, that I cannot confirm or denign the following allegations, however it was 
stated that Dawna Benzon is angry because Heath Britt,  Told her boyfriend Darin Scott Davis to 
be careful because she had Hepititis B and has sex with multiple partners without protection or 
even letting them know that they could be effected.   This is why this individual is so upset.  

She to date has never owned a business or done business with Express grafx.  

If you reasearch on (((Redaced))) you will find that the true owner of Express Grafx is Jennifer Hollingsworth    dated October 2010.  Heath Britt is no longer in business and is a student in a local school.  Another point.... Heath Britt could not be enrolled in College with Financial Aid, if he were in trouble with the IRS..... If he had a Felony pending......  If he were ever convicted for anything he could not be enrolled in a university.

Dawna Benzon  I will See you in court, and I will not stop until every last charge against you is followed through on.  But, please feel free to continue.  Because it just makes the state attorneys offices job easier.  By the way they have been monitoring this site since Wednesday.  Your IP address on your computer has been identified.

This is officially my last post regarding this person. I thought it would be beneficial for consumers to know about Heaths past. If I was a consumer, I would greatly appreciate information regarding a business with an Owner, VP or Employee with a suspicious past.

You are not alone.  I am a victim of Heath Britt also.  It is interesting that I found this forum.  Hopefully enough of us can expose this crook for who he really is.  Heath Britt did infact start this company Express Grafx, I was with him when he changed names from All Printables to Express Grafx in 2010.  That is when he robbed me.  Perhaps he is using someone elses name to hide his business affairs.  Heath Britt does not have a bank account and cashes all checks he gets from his customers at Amscot (Thats where he cashed my check).  I have learned he owes the IRS money, public record.   When I filed my police report against Heath Britt I learned he was arrested by the Hillsborough County Sheriff for child abuse, again public record.   Yes these charges were dropped but there is another investigation still ongoing into child molestation (several counts).  This is a fair warning to anyone wishing to do any form of business Heath Britt is involved with.  Even though he may try to fool people that he is not the owner by putting the business in another persons name believe me, he is still the owner.  F.Y.I,  He does not have a business address and the house he was doing business out of on Rhonda road in Plantation was foreclosed on. Stay away from Heath Britt and Express Grafx or you to will be robbed and drawn into a world of lies and dealings with a child molestor.  Yes, Heath Britt also claims he is a pastor.  Perhaps a pastor of a child sex ring.  He should be locked up and sent to prison where he belongs.  People, wake up and do your own google searches against this pedifile, stop doing business with him.

He is employed as one of my top graphic designers. Therefore any attacks posted on this site are now directed at MY company and MY employee. Fist and foremost, you dont know who wrote this complaint and you are slandering Mrs. Benzon posting her picture and exposing her past. Everything posted on Ripoffreport is public record found at the Hillsborough Sheriffs arrest inquiry page and complaints found on BBB, allowing me to use it as I see fit. Listen, Mr. Britt has done many destructive things in his life invloving customers and past acquaintances. To be honest, this is one of many people Mr. Britt has done wrong.

There are public forum websites available to consumers and contacts to speak their voice against or in favor of business owners like Mr. Britt, and ripoffreport.com is one of them. Citing reports online, Heath Britt from ALL Printables (closed) now in partnership with Express Grafx takes money and doesnt deliver goods, has a F rating on BBB.

Trust me, I will be on ripoffreport daily monitoring these pages. People should know about Heath Britts past business dealings. If I can keep one customer from being ripped off then my postings have done their job.

This is a completely false report issued on my business. I am the business owner. It is completely slanderous and out of line to demand money from someone for no apparent reason and just because you think you need a fix for something, we are not the ones to fix it. This is harassment and charges will be filed Ms. Benzon so you be prepared. Mr. Britt has NO record, unlike yourself, for being a thief and being Baker acted. All charges were dropped as they were false to begin with. Mr. Britt is by far and away my best employee, so very talented and always requested by clients. 

Be prepared for the harassment and stalking charges that are being filed as we speak.
