Express Group aka Samsung ripoff Fraud REBATE business cheats, deceives and lies to consumers Walled Lake Michigan
On 07/03/02, I purchased Samsung CD-RW, SW-232, which had an advertised $60 Samsung rebate. (2 advertised $30 Samsung rebates)
The cashier gave me two rebate receipts and two rebate forms.
On 07/09/02, I mailed the 2 receipts, 2 rebate forms, sales receipt, and UPC barcode cut from box to the address on the rebate form: Samsung CD-RW, P.O. Box 8046, Dept OSOA00015, Walled Lake, MI 48391-8046.
Oct 29/02, still haven't received rebate. Called the number on my copy of the rebate receipt, 800-849-0444 and was told this was a Samsung rebate instead of a store rebate (BestBuys). Called Samsung, 800-527-3342 and talked with CSR Keisha. She said "You are not in our system, we didn't receive it (lost in the mail). She gave me another address: Express Group, 1981 Dallavo Dr, Walled Lake, MI 48390.
Today, Oct 30, I mailed copies of my copies to Keisha at Express Group. I have tried to get information by e-mail, and I was told, "Look on the rebate form". How many people keep copies of rebate materials? These liars don't intend to pay their rebates.
