Complaint Review: Express Group (samsung)

well i purchese a samsung cdrw sw252brnsf at bestbuy on
october 22. 2003 for $59.99. i sent in the rebate form and the bar codes from the box. they say i am going to get the check but never had. they cant give me the same story. i talked to three different people christy ext 574 and talked to chrystal, who said we it took fifteen days then we talked to latasha who said we had to wait thirty days. i am going to call these people every day until i get my money.
